the room decor seemed a LITTLE tired. there were hardly any sockets to plug anything into, and none were by the bed. the bathroom seemed like an experience, and not in a good way.

The room was very clean. I appreciated the central location. I could easily reach the Republique Metro station (it was a short walk!). Restaurants and shops were also nearby.
There were hardly any sockets in the room to plug anything into. The decor in the room seemed a little tired (it could use an update).

the bathroom had been updated it was fresh and clean.
the room i stayed in was small and not particularly soundproofed i could hear people walking around and talking in the corridor outside the room lacked any real character the wallpaper looked old and grimy and gave off an unpleasant vibe i probably would not return.

The staff was helpful. They provided explicit directions to find the hotel using public transport. A staff member also helped me with directions for my onward journey. The room was very clean. I appreciated the pristine condition.
The pillows were not great. They felt thick and lumpy. I could clearly hear people walking around upstairs and in the corridor. It seemed like there was NO sound proofing. It was the CHURCH BELLS!!!

I was charmed by this hotel. the location was excellent, just a short walk to many shops and restaurants. the staff were accommodating. The female clerk helped me get a cab. overall, the price was great, and i felt safe!
i found hardly any sockets in the room to plug anything into. there were no sockets by the bed.

The staff were amazing. They helped me secure a cab. the front desk staff was cute and quick during check-in. their assistance ensured i could get to the airport safely during a strike, i appreciated their support.
